If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at info@tyno.co.za. We will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns (unused, unbranded items within 7 days). Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, a store credit or refund may be offered.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect.
