TYNO DESIGNS – Return & Exchange Policy

At TYNO DESIGNS, we are committed to providing high-quality workwear, safety gear, and branded apparel. We aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery or collection date.
• The original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or branded items (e.g., embroidered or printed uniforms, sublimated sportswear, promotional gifts with logos).
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at info@tyno.co.za. We will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns (unused, unbranded items within 7 days). Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, a store credit or refund may be offered.

5. Return Process

1. Contact us at info@tyno.co.za or call 0138802202 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, return the item to our store or designated return address.
3. After inspection and approval, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect.
