TYNO DESIGNS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to TYNO DESIGNS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our products and services, including the purchase of workwear, safety gear, uniforms, branded merchandise, and related services. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with TYNO DESIGNS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products are supplied in accordance with relevant industry standards and, where applicable, SABS-approved.

4. Orders and Customization

All orders are subject to acceptance by TYNO DESIGNS. Custom and branded orders (embroidery, printing, sublimation, etc.) require customer approval of design proofs before production. Once approved, customized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.1 Bulk Orders

Discounts may apply to bulk purchases. Quotes for bulk or specialized orders are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be subject to VAT where applicable. TYNO DESIGNS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment terms will be communicated on quotation or invoice and must be adhered to. Late payments may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

6. Delivery and Turnaround

TYNO DESIGNS strives to meet all delivery deadlines as agreed. Delivery timelines vary based on product availability, customization, and order volume. Any delays will be communicated. Delivery fees may apply.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for non-customized items only, provided products are unused and in original packaging. Customized products are not returnable unless defective. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Product Warranty

Where applicable, products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. TYNO DESIGNS does not accept liability for misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, and designs created by TYNO DESIGNS remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed. Clients submitting their logos or designs warrant that they have the right to use them for reproduction.

10. Limitation of Liability

TYNO DESIGNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item(s).

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Client information is treated confidentially and is used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing (if consented). TYNO DESIGNS complies with South Africa’s POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information).

12. Force Majeure

TYNO DESIGNS shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supplier failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa.

14. Updates to Terms

TYNO DESIGNS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
